Service Terms and Conditions
At Green Method Cleaning LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services tailored to your needs. Please review our service terms and conditions outlined below:
1. Scope of Services:
Service Selection: Our employees will perform services based on the options selected by the client. A comprehensive list of available services is provided during the booking process, and a detailed list can be supplied upon request.
2. Pricing and Payment:
Service Pricing: Prices vary depending on the selected services. The agreed-upon price is exclusively determined between Green Method Cleaning LLC and the client.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due at the time of booking and is collected during the checkout process when scheduling the appointment.
3. Appointment Scheduling:
Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed during the checkout process. Scheduling is subject to the availability .
4. Service Limitations:
Excluded Services: Green Method Cleaning LLC does not provide services for waste removal, toxic waste, biohazardous materials, or address uninhabitable living conditions, including prominent animal or human excrement, and infrastructure damage.
Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any service that meets the above criteria. Our focus is on cleaning homes maintained in average to good condition.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure the smooth operation of our services and respect for our staff's time, we have established the following cancellation policy:
48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date incur no charge.
Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in a charge of 50% of the total service fee, which will be processed to the card on file.
Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations on the day of the service will incur the full service fee, charged to the card on file.
This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and compensate our team for their allocated time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Service Refusal and Cancellation Policy Due to Unsanitary Conditions
To ensure the safety and well-being of our staff, as well as to maintain the quality of our services, we have established the following guidelines regarding service refusal and cancellations due to unsanitary or hazardous conditions:
Unsafe or Unsanitary Conditions: If, upon arrival, our team identifies that the premises are in extremely unsanitary conditions—including, but not limited to, the presence of pet waste, severe clutter, or other health hazards—we reserve the right to refuse service. This measure is taken to protect our staff and clients from potential health risks.
Cancellation Fee: In the event of service refusal due to unsanitary conditions, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total quoted amount for the service will be charged to the card on file. This policy helps compensate our team for their scheduled time and prevents disruption to our service schedule.
Client Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the property is free from hazardous conditions prior to our scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in service refusal and the associated cancellation fee.

Pets
Pet Policy
At Green Method Cleaning LLC, we are proud to be a pet-friendly company! We understand that pets are cherished members of your family, and we aim to provide services that accommodate your furry friends.
Service Charges:
Standard Conditions: For homes maintained in average to good condition, there is no additional charge for services provided with pets present.
Pet Behavior and Safety:
Aggressive or Untrained Pets: If a pet exhibits aggressive tendencies or is not accustomed to being around cleaning personnel, we kindly request that the pet be leashed or confined to a secure area during our service.
Non-Compliance: Should our team feel that a pet's behavior poses a safety risk and the request for restraint or confinement is not met, we reserve the right to discontinue the service. In such cases, Green Method Cleaning LLC will not issue a refund for the service rendered.
Client Responsibilities:
Advance Notification: To ensure a smooth and safe cleaning experience, please inform us ahead of time about your pets, including their species, breed, and number. This information helps us prepare appropriately for your service.
