Secure Key Exchange: If you prefer not to provide a spare key, we can schedule a convenient time to pick up your key before the service. Alternatively, you may choose to leave the key in a secure location on the day of cleaning.
Remote Access Codes: For homes equipped with smart locks or security systems, you can provide us with temporary access codes that can be activated and deactivated as needed, ensuring secure and convenient entry.
Lockbox Installation: Installing a secure lockbox at your property allows you to store a key safely. You can share the lockbox code with us, and we will access the key only during scheduled cleaning times.

Yes, we provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies for our services. If you have specific preferences or special requests regarding cleaning products or equipment, please inform us in advance, and we will accommodate your needs.

We love pets! For the safety of both our team and your pet, we ask that aggressive or untrained animals be properly restrained during our cleaning service. This ensures a comfortable and secure environment for everyone involved.

To ensure the smooth operation of our services and respect for our staff's time, we have established the following cancellation policy:
48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date incur no charge.
Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in a charge of 50% of the total service fee, which will be processed to the card on file.
Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations on the day of the service will incur the full service fee, charged to the card on file.
